ジヴェルニーでは、情報や形式を意識しながらも、感性を大切にしております。
一口目だけで認識できる酒精や材料の単なる味がする飲み物ではなく、ワインや日本酒を飲んだときに体感するような豊かな香りや醸し、味わいある一杯を追求し続けてきました。
バーテンダーが生み出すカクテル、室内に展示しているグラス、アート等の備品は、すべて人が作り出した作品です。
「YORU NO MA」で所蔵する100種類のジン、ヨーロッパの香り高きアブサン、ジヴェルニーならではのクラシックカクテルを深く味わえるひとときを、心ゆくまでお楽しみください。

The space at the back of the shop is a bar area with a counter and liquor shelves, set within an atelier-style art gallery.
The art on display, the bottles, the glasses, and even each drink served—all are creations born from human hands.
Bar Giverny aims to be a space that doesn’t follow trends or information-driven formats, but rather exists only here, born from pure feeling and sensibility.
